At European Wax Center, we value diversity of life experiences, perspectives, and worldviews. Our DE&I council actively creates opportunities for us to celebrate and learn about different cultures, backgrounds, and traditions. Today, our corporate team celebrated Black History Month by participating in a Black Cultural Impact session hosted by Confetti. Together, we learned how Black communities have impacted and helped shape culture in the United States and around the world.

We're overjoyed to kick off the new year by celebrating the work anniversaries of some incredible associates who have been a vital part of our organization. Time really does fly when you're having fun, and these amazing individuals have added so much joy and expertise to our team.
At EWC, creating opportunities to give back to our community is important to us. Last week, we partnered with The Family Place whose mission empowers survivors of family violence by providing safe housing, counseling, and skills that create independence while building community engagement and advocating for social change to stop family violence. The team sorted & packed 180+ gifts for their Adopt-a-Family event, wrote 250 holiday cards to clients/advocates, and made holiday decorations for their shelters. Additionally, EWC will be gifting nearly $2,000 to support their client and Adopt-a-Family program.
