In honor of International Women's Day we're sharing the stories of some of the women here at First Quality. Today, and every day, we celebrate all of the inspiring, strong, and innovative women in our FQ family!
Meet Kevin and Kelley! They have been working together at First Quality in Lewistown for nearly five years as engineers, however their friendship is one that has spanned a lifetime. Born on the same day and in the same hospital, Kevin and Kelley grew up together in Lewistown. After high school graduation they parted ways for college, miles apart from each other and in different states, yet they ended up going down similar career paths working in engineering on missile launch systems during the Cold War. Kevin joined First Quality in 2015 and a couple years later he encouraged Kelley to apply, who went on to join our team in 2017. "It's state of the art and really amazing," Kelley says about working at First Quality. "It may not be guiding a missile, but it is definitely challenging engineering-wise to keep things running." They remain close friends to this day and, as they say, the rest is history!
