We recently sat down with Tony Siv, a Manufacturing Engineering Technician who is celebrating 30 years working at our King of Prussia plant. Tony started in Online Support and worked his way up to become a leading expert on our machines and equipment, working hard every day to keep our operations running as efficiently as possible. Congratulations, Tony, on 30 years of service with our FQ family!

The Senior Care Community is near and dear to our heart since it is where Prevail and First Quality’s legacy was built. To continue to serve our Senior Living Communities, First Quality has agreed to be a supporting sponsor for Pinnacle Quality Insights' campaign “Heroes for Seniors”, in which 30,000 masks will be distributed to senior living facilities.

In addition to management providing double pay for overtime, extra bonuses, 401k supplemental matches, PPE for all, and more, our commercial teams collected funds to provide snacks and a ‘thank you’ to their fellow, essential coworkers.
