At the ongoing #CCWUKSummit 2025, Srinivasan Subramanian, Partner â CX & Consulting, Firstsource joined Liz Millington, Digital Solutions Director at Ascensos, a Firstsource company, to explore how long-term success in retail CX comes from building integrated, scalable solutions that reach beyond the contact centre. From in-store operations to in-house strategy, transformation must be continuousânot a one-time event. While Liz shared that embedding change requires constant feedback and alignment with stakeholders, Srinivasan built on the thought by sharing how a consultative, insight-led approach helps clients contextualize transformation and create future-fit CX strategies. We're excited for more conversations and collaboration as the Summit continues.
