Congratulations to our many excellent team members for making GM Financial one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s Top Companies for 2021. On this year’s list, compiled by LinkedIn, GM Financial was featured alongside JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bank of America and Capital One, among other leaders in the financial services industry, and other prominent national brands. To create the Top Companies list, LinkedIn data scientists, academic experts and career coaches ranked companies based on seven pillars that have been proven to lead to career progression: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and educational background.
