Deidra Willis is a systems engineer for fruit snacks at our plant in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. When asked what she loves about her job, Willis said: "No day is ever the same and you can’t help but have fun when you’re making fruit snacks. I get to work with unique equipment on a challenging complex system making sweet, tasty products with a talented, fun group of people. I’ve been eating our snacks since I was a kid, so it means so much more to have inside perspective now. I love that our brand is fun and young and our marketing is quirky and silly. I also love that we have innovative proprietary equipment and a close relationship with R&D."
