We’re 100% proud of this one! For the sixth year in a row, we’ve been named a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion by Disability:IN. Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are at the core of everything we do—ensuring that everyone, including those with visible and non-apparent disabilities, feels equally empowered. We’re honored to be recognized among other top-scoring companies for going beyond just checking boxes to support our teammates.
Progress toward gender parity doesn’t just happen — it requires clear and consistent action. We're honored to be recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for Women 2024 for our commitment to creating an environment where women find support, empowerment and fulfilling opportunities. Through pay equity, parental leave, flexible work, employee-led business resource groups and DEI&B aspirations to advance more women to leadership positions, we’re doing our part to support and empower women at Grant Thornton.
Thank you to Forbes, but more importantly, thank you to teammates whose feedback ranked us #36 out of 500 on the list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2024. Here, your voice always matters. We’re honored to be named a winner in the “Magnetic Culture” category from Quantum Workplace’s Employee Voice Awards. Across our firm, our people work together to support, motivate and care for one another – and that starts with making sure everyone's voices are heard. Our newest Purple Paladin is bringing the power of Financial Literacy to kids and families who need it most. As a child, Dr. Alexandra Arrington loved the idea of starting a business, but she couldn’t find anyone to guide her on the basics of entrepreneurship. And when she learned that her city of Charlotte was identified as the least likely of 50 major metro areas for children to rise out of poverty, she was determined to fill a gap for children in her community. She founded Money Magnets Club to provide financial literacy and entrepreneurship skills to elementary school students, helping them build confidence and competencies early on for financial success later in life. Find out how Money Magnets Club is helping build more secure futures for children, families and communities through financial and business literacy.
