On October 21st, a team of GBP employees participated in the annual Fall 50 run, in Door County Wisconsin. The race starts at the top of the Door County peninsula in Gills Rock and goes all the way down to Sturgeon Bay, covering a total distance of 50.7 miles! GBP’s NEW Fort Worth, TX “Super Plant” is nearly finished! Our new super plant is approximately 600,000 square feet and replaces an older, smaller facility built in 1986. The FTW machine operators and supervisors have been training at their sister plant in Tulsa, OK, which opened in 2021 and has many of the same converting assets. The FTW plant, which services the Texas market, is scheduled to open this fall. The GBP team pulled a 200,000 lb. plane 12ft in 9.87 seconds to raise money to support Old Glory Honor Flights for local veterans.
