📷: Building No. 6 at the Ronkonkoma Hub, May 2nd, 2018. The Ronkonkoma Hub (TRIT 1401) is a Transit-Oriented Development project situated in Ronkonkoma, north of MacArthur Airport. H2M’s Joel Richardson, Steve Hyman, Danielle Drake, and Marc Arcuri worked on Phase 1 of the project which included site layout for six buildings with a total of 489 units, new parking facilitates, roadway design, 1,500 linear feet of gravity sewer main design to an off-site pump station, and associated utility and drainage infrastructure design.
