Fire scenes by nature are dangerous and can produce physical hazards such as asbestos. H2M’s Kevin Taylor, PG, and Debra Mattina will be guest speakers at the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, where they will discuss asbestos with an emphasis on hazard analysis and potential mitigation efforts. They will be speaking during the Arson Investigators Subrogation Webinar Series, “Understanding Safety Concerns: Asbestos at the Fire Scene,” on May 11th, 2018 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. EDT.

H2M’s Staff Engineer, Suraj Kumar, EIT, LEED Green Associate, was performing a SWPPP inspection at the College of Staten Island. H2M’s civil team rehabilitated over 2 miles of roadway with new drainage infrastructure, pavement, markings, and signage for this project!
