H2M’s Staff Engineer, Marc Arcuri, EIT, LEED Green Associate, at the Ronkonkoma Hub job site! The Ronkonkoma Hub is a Transit Oriented Development project situated in Ronkonkoma, north of MacArthur Airport. H2M’s Joel Richardson,Steve Hyman,Danielle Drake, and Marc worked on Phase 1 of the project which included site layout for six buildings with a total of 489 units, new parking facilitates, a half mile of town roadway design, 1,500 linear feet of gravity sewer main design to an off-site pump station, and associated utility and drainage infrastructure design. H2M also worked on conceptual layouts for future phases and will hopefully design them soon!
