Our Spirit of Hilton Grand Vacation winner knows how to make guests feel special. Helene Sims-Aldrich, concierge at Anderson Ocean Club in South Carolina, doesn’t just answer guests’ requests—she anticipates their needs. She had nowhere for herself and her arriving family members to stay. Helene made arrangements at a nearby Hampton and even called the hotel several times over the next few days to check in on them. Thank you, Helene!
