THE MEET OUR MANAGERS SERIES – NICK SORRELL, Chief Technology Officer // Nick has always had an interest in information technology and fondly recalls his family’s first computer which had wood-grain paneling! He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati in Computer Science. Nick feels one of the most surprising things about IEL is their ability to remain true to their family owned business feel, even alongside very rapid growth. In further consideration, Nick says, “We’re not just doing something right – we’re doing a lot of things right.” The most exciting part of his role is certainly testing out the newest forms of technology, and one word he used to describe Integrity is vibrant. Nick is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and currently lives in Clifton with his wife Kara and their two dogs, Chewie and Nellie. EMPLOYEE FEATURE WEDNESDAY: Please meet Mrs. Vicki Byrd. Vicki is our Accounts Payable Manager and has been with IEL for a year and a half. Vicki's favorite part about IEL is the great work-life balance and their commitment to the community. Vicki played first chair flute throughout all of high school and loved being in the marching band. She and her family, dating back to her grandparents, have been Cincinnati natives their entire lives. We are so appreciative to Vicki for all of her hard work on our accounting team and are grateful she is a member of our time. Her contributions are music to our ears. Our Integrity Express Logistics 8th Annual Golf Outing took place on Saturday May, 18th, and we could not have asked for a more awesome day! We had 140 golfers play in the outing, which took place at the Blue Ash Golf Course and helps support Integrity Express Baseball Club.
