THE MEET OUR MANAGERS SERIES: VICKI HERSHBERGER, Human Resources Manager Vicki has been working in Human Resources for most of her professional career and, prior to joining our team, most recently served in a role as a strategic HR partner with a large international company. As she reflects on what she believes to be the most surprising thing about IEL, she feels compelled to mention culture – noting how remarkable it is to work for a company who is experiencing growth at such a resolute rate yet still manages to maintain a family-owned company type of feel.
