Our new normal? Hybrid work life. Last week was our collaboration time on campus and we also managed to have quite a bit of fun. Food trucks, live music and beautiful sunny weather – couldn’t have asked for a better workweek!

In 2021, we launched our Business Resource Group (BRG) program as part of our mission to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. These employee-driven groups are created by those with shared experiences to provide community, personal and professional development opportunities. Last week, we held our first BRG Fair where employees could learn more about each of our BRGs and the important role Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plays in making Lands' End a great place to work.
