CDL driving can be a challenging job, spotting adds a layer to that challenge since the majority of the driving occurs in reverse. To help our drivers feel confident in their job, we have a team member dedicated to supporting their driving skills. Bill works both remotely and on-site with our drivers to help increase their knowledge and confidence behind the wheel.
Some of the corporate team got together to create holiday baskets for seniors, partnering with North Fulton Community Charities. NFCC recognizes that during the holidays, children often take center stage, leaving seniors overlooked. Lazer Logistics team members contributed 15 baskets filled with items like soup, gift cards, tea, cocoa, a mug, socks, and candles. We loved being able to pair giving back, with having fun together assembling the baskets!
We are Lazer-focused on doing good. The Lazer Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) organization, was created to support Lazer family members who are experiencing financial hardship. Lazer employees can apply for a grant to help ease unexpected financial burdens. We employ the highest standards of stewardship to ensure every dollar donated, goes to grant applicants.
On Saturday, September 24th, 2022 a group of corporate and operations Lazer people got together for the Susan G Komen ‘More than Pink’ walk in Atlanta. We had a blast and raised nearly $2,000 to support the mission to end breast cancer.
