Social media can be such a tool, but has a lot of gray space. With the elections around the corner, MTM wants to refresh everyone on some social media best practices! 1. Don't mix business & personal life on your accounts 2. Discrimination is never tolerated! 3. Only post tasteful content 4. NEVER publish confidential information, and 5. Use your common sense with the "Mom Filter". If you don't want mom seeing it, don't post it!
At MTM, our most valuable resource is our team. At MTM, our CCRs are the frontline for members who call us to schedule trips to their healthcare appointments. For Texas CCR Matthew Harrison, that means maintaining a pointed focus on truly listening and talking to every member.
