With the goals of improving service quality, increasing efficiency and effectiveness, and growing transit ridership, our new partnership with Martin County, Florida went live today! On behalf of the County, we’re operating the local MARTY fixed route system and MARTY Access ADA paratransit service, which serve a combined ridership of 106,000 passengers every year. We have changed our processes to an all-mail/phone process in order for us to continue to provide ADA paratransit services during this pandemic.
