Meet Joanna Niehaus (she/her), Customer Service Manager in Macy’s Billing Adjustment department. Joanna shares her perspective about Macy’s culture and how Macy’s has supported her to bring her authentic self to work, as well as how Macy’s commits to strengthening LGBTQ+ voices in the workplace and different ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) she is involved with.

Meet Paul Giobetti, another talented colleague at Macy’s Tech, who’s currently a Manager of the Vendor Merchant Portal and Off-price Workplace team. Paul joined the company as an EDP colleague in 2013 after completing his Management of Information Technology education from the University of Georgia.
