Marvin manufacturing facilities in Fargo, North Dakota were recognized for excellence in health and safety. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recognized Marvin with this safety certification awarded to just 0.1% of companies in the United States.

Marvin and Northland Community & Technical College held a grand opening ceremony for a new mechatronics training facility. Launched in 2022 in partnership with Northland Community & Technical College, a grand opening event was held for the innovative program's all-new facility. The new center, where students will be able to earn up to a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree or any number of certificates within the 60-credit program, is open and ready for students to continue their education. Courses are also available on a stand-alone basis to help students master specific new skills or take their personal interests to the next level.

Marvin was named the 2022 “Educator of the Year” by WMIA, which acknowledges organizations with a structured curriculum tailored to training individuals for careers in the woodworking industry. Marvin is recognized as being an advocate for the industry through its new Advanced Resource Center for Innovation and Education (ARC Center). In partnership with Northland Community and Technical College, Marvin opened the ARC Center in Warroad, Minn. in January, a facility which houses an accredited first-of-its-kind mechatronics program that follows a Competency-Based Education (CBE) model which caters to all learners, regardless of different education goals. The ARC Center also provides a Certified Production Technologist program for students in Warroad High School. Students can complete competency demonstrations with an instructor to gain credit for prior learning and are able to earn up to a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree or any number of certificates within the 60-credit program.
We recently hosted the official ribbon-cutting event for our new manufacturing facility in Fargo! This 127,000-square-foot facility will support our Modern product line and joins our new distribution center to bring continued growth to the Fargo and West Fargo area.
