Get ready for the technical engineering challenge of your life!
The Miltenyi Biotec Team is at CYTO 2023 in Montreal, Canada. We have already had one day full of interesting discussions about our cutting-edge technologies. If you have not made it yet, we are looking forward to meeting you at Booth 431.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz visited Miltenyi Biotec in Teterow. Jointly with State Minister Schwesig for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and founder Stefan Miltenyi, he visited production facilities and research labs and took the time to meet and greet local employees. Scholz pledged “to change many laws so that what has long been known can actually be made available to patients at greater speed.” Miltenyi expressed the need to create better conditions for developing cell and gene therapies (CGT) and for fostering medical research and innovation in Germany to help patients around the world.
Join us at our spatial biology webinar series in May, highlighting cutting-edge immuno-oncology (IO) research and exciting new products. We will present how we identified new CAR target candidates for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma with our spatial biology solution, the MACSima™ Imaging Platform. Additionally, we will show you how to get ready-to-publish data fast, with our pre-designed TME antibody panels and our powerful MACS® iQ View Software. Last but not least Egle Kvedaraite, MD PhD, from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden will talk about how the specific functional responses of myeloid cells affect inflammatory bowel disease and Langerhans cell histiocytosis. ▶️ More Details and registration: http://ow.ly/bnnc50NRasE
Join the live webinar on April 28 where Dr. Boris Greber from Catalent Cell & Gene Therapy will introduce their established GMP-compliant human iPSC manufacturing workflow using the iPS-Brew GMP Medium. In addition, Dr. Chao Sheng from Miltenyi Biotec will explain how to realize GMP-compliant and scalable human PSC expansion using the closed and automated CliniMACS Prodigy® platform.
Are you currently on a science trip at the AACR Annual Meeting in New Orleans? We are all very glad to finally be back in person, and would be thrilled to meet you at booth #2519. Not only are we looking forward to a chat, we will also be showcasing our latest solutions designed to support your dissection of the tumor microenvironment, including tissue dissociation, cell separation, ulrahigh-content imaging, and 3D imaging light sheet microscopy. Let's team up #againstcancer #AACR22 #NewOrleans #MiltenyiBiotec American Association for Cancer Research (AACR)
Cut down variability in your cell culture by always adding the same amount of active cytokine. Benefit from calibrated lot-specific cytokine activities of Human GDNF, premium grade.
Join us for a live webinar on genetic modifications of HSCs for the treatment of Sickle Cell Disease presented by Donald B. Kohn, MD, from UCLA on November 4 at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET/5 p.m. CET.
As the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic continues to be a worldwide threat, Miltenyi Biotec stands committed to helping our customers navigate through this challenging time. To that end, we have worked to gather relevant resources and suggestions of specific applications and technologies for your use. Our selection ranges from cell-specific products and materials to technical solutions which are especially suited for working with infectious material. Miltenyi Biotec is revolutionizing imaging with the fully automated, cyclic, high-content immunofluorescence-based MACSima™ Imaging Platform. Part of our growing portfolio, this benchtop instrument performs a fully automated iterative fluorescent staining, imaging, and signal erasing process, using multiple fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies per cycle. A harmonized portfolio including Miltenyi Biotec’s range of validated antibodies, e.g., REAfinity™ Recombinant Antibodies, specifically designed disposables, and the MACSima™ Software ensure a failure-free automated process. Resulting image stacks can then be analyzed on the fly, even when the iterative process is still running. Basic and biomedical research, specifically drug-target and biomarker discovery as well as deep phenotyping, will be the major fields of application. Based on a revolutionary technology, this platform enables the simultaneous analysis of an unprecedented number of markers in a single sample, even on a desired sample area.
