Some 300 NICErs in Pune took to the field for some epic 6-a-side football fun ⚽🏆 Not even the monsoon rain could discourage these footballers, or their spectators, who shared in a day of NICE spirit and entertaining activities. 36 teams competed for glory but eventually it was the “Underdogs”, with a mix of players from across the business, who won gold!

Gearing up to welcome new groups of teenagers, dozens of our dedicated mentors came together to hear about our 2023-2024 plans for Code:Coda – a program that builds a future of equal opportunity in tech fields, by encouraging young girls (aged 13-14 years old) to pursue tech studies and embrace the career possibilities available to them through coding and technology. It is incredible to see the impact these mentors have on our Code:Coda girls, inspiring them to fall in love with technology and consider future careers in tech!
Sand, sun, surf, and giving back to the community🌞! Imagine a teenager who went from being kicked out of multiple schools to studying Mathematics at a prestigious university. Such inspirational transformations have been achieved thanks to the guidance and framework provided by Hagal Sheli – Catching the Wave of Life, an NGO that works with at-risk youth and utilizes surfing as an empowering educational tool. The organization shows youth how lessons learned among the waves can be applied to life to pave a new direction for them. Thrilled to support such a meaningful initiative, NICErs and their teens enjoyed surf lessons and had a blast trying to stay standing!

Actimize held its annual Product House Appreciation Week across the globe, giving NICErs a chance to learn about the business strategy and market trends, create collaboration among different teams and, of course, have some fun! This year's theme of “Stretch Yourself”, had NICErs complete various challenges to stretch their minds – and bodies! From escape rooms and yoga, planking and rock climbing, to global talks and insightful sessions with customers, the action-packed week kept NICErs on their toes! Family Day is all about connecting with loved ones and creating new memories. And that’s exactly what we did! To celebrate this special day in Israel, over 500 NICErs and their families took part in one of two outings. For the night owls, there was a magical lantern walk in the evening hours to explore the night sounds. And for those who prefer daylight, there was a hike in a nature reserve with gorgeous views of the olive trees and blooming cyclamens. Our NICE families definitely created some beautiful memories to be shared forever!
250 NICErs from the Sandy office and their guests took over the VIP area of Vivint Arena last night! The nail-biting game had us on the edge of our seats with an exciting finish of the Utah Jazz defeating the Sacramento Kings 128-120! NICE + NBA is definitely a winning combo. NICErs got free Utah Jazz shirts and toured the Clap-in-Tunnel, welcoming Utah Jazz to the floor. And for the cherry on top, the entire NICE team enjoyed time on the court after the game to take our own winning shots!
