Nike Community Stores hire 85% of our teammates from within a 3-mile radius of the store. Last week we opened our eighth in North America: Watts Community Store, located in South Los Angeles. Three local organizations each received grants from Nike, and we had a chance to speak to our newest teammates including Robert Garcia, Lead; Kacie Anderson, Assistant Head Coach; and Louis Enriquez, Store Athlete (left to right). Robert Garcia: "I have been a Nike Community Ambassador for the past 4 years now and I have seen firsthand the type of impact a store can have in the surrounding community."
