In order to reach a larger client base, NetWorth Realty Agents are able to provide funding options through our sister company 212 Loans. 212 Loans uses “private” capital to fund loans and therefore is not restricted by conventional lending requirements. This gives our clients a competitive advantage over using other lenders because loans can be underwritten and funded in a fraction of the time that it takes traditional lending sources. By having ‘in-house’ financing we can save our clients time and money.

What resources (internal or external) do you feel have most helped you become successful? A: I work with a lot of agents and property managers and buy most of my deals through them. Although the biggest fee I've had was actually on a house I bought with Cash PI. I really just try to do a little of everything and connect with as many people as possible. I enjoy trying new marketing ideas and seeing what works!
