Everyone at NetWorth has started at the same ground-level position you will be starting at, selling houses. We will provide you with a solid 5-week one-on-one training program to teach you the fundamentals. That is how the owners of the company started their careers and they believe every agent deserves that same solid foundation. From there you will move into Acquisitions, buying and selling properties. After that, your performance will set the pace for your future.
August ASSOCIATE OF THE MONTH Tonya Stevens-Senior Acquisition Associate | Denver Tonya joined NetWorth originally in 2014 and has seen so much go on in the real estate market over the past 6 years. This month, she leads the charts as the top agent for August. Congrats, Tonya! Q: If you were training a new agent, what is the best advice you would give them? Relationships can build or break this job. In my mind the most important thing for my career has been the relationships I have built with my buyers, my agents, and my contacts. I am a very straightforward and honest person; I simply do not have time for BS. After all, time is money. When I first meet a potential buyer I let them know in the pitch that I don't work with everyone and that this meeting is also about me interviewing them to see if I want to work with them for the foreseeable future, as I plan on spending a lot of time with them, sometimes even more than my own family. I let them know that my job consists of not only finding the right house for them but also to see it through until they close on the back end.
