Congrats to our Stop Work Champion of the Month, Nine Senior Engineer Joseph Muñoz! Joseph observed a third-party operator use his phone while operating a crane. He immediately initiated Stop Work, asked the operator to step down, and discussed the risks and dangers of his behavior. Joseph respectfully warned the crane operator that he would have to be removed from the site if the behavior was observed again. Thank you for going further to keep our operators safe in the field!
