Madison Hobbs began her career at Nordstrom as an intern in 2022 and has since joined full-time working her way to a department manager role. When asked about her experience as an intern, Madison said speaking to employees about their journeys inspired her to continue her career at Nordstrom. “As an intern, I learned a lot about retail management. However, it's what I learned about Nordstrom as a company that made me want to join full-time after completing my internship. To hear from others that have been with the company anywhere from 1 year to 30 years was truly inspiring.
