OTG Management is hiring for key roles that will help drive the future of travel and hospitality. Explore the open positions below and see if one’s the right fit for you! • Lead Engineer • VP of Capital Markets Reach out if you're interested or know someone who might be a strong fit.
Finding the right fit at work isn’t just about what’s on your resume. At OTG Management, we care about what drives you, how you think, and the energy you bring to the team. Our Director of Talent Acquisition, Taznia Sultana, has a few quick tips for anyone interviewing with us: Be prepared. Get to know OTG—what we do, what we stand for, and where we’re headed. Show us how your goals line up with ours. Highlight your wins. Don’t be shy about sharing real stories from your experience. We want to know what you’re proud of and how you’ve made an impact. Ask thoughtful questions. Interviews go both ways. Asking the right questions shows you’re engaged and helps you figure out if this is where you want to grow.
At OTG Management, we’re proud to celebrate Pride Month, a time to honor the voices, stories, and impact of the LGBTQ+ community, both within our team and beyond. We invited OTG Crewmembers to reflect on what Pride means to them, who inspires them, and why inclusion matters. Because representation isn’t just symbolic; it’s essential. Here’s a look at what they shared: “Growing up in a small town in New Mexico, I didn’t often see environments where identity was embraced. That’s why it means so much to now work for a company that actively celebrates Pride. At OTG, it’s not just a flag. It’s a message that everyone is valued exactly as they are.” — Kent Tiller, Airport Director, LGA “Pride means never apologizing for who I am. It’s a reminder to keep pursuing what I’ve envisioned since I was a child. At OTG, I’ve felt fully embraced and encouraged to show up as my true self every single day.” — Carlos Smith, Server, IAH “Pride Month is about standing tall in your truth. My husband and I have been together for 14 years and are now proud dads to a beautiful daughter. Love makes a family, and it’s powerful to work somewhere that uplifts that truth.” — Willie Hart, Director of Store Planning We’re honored to celebrate these voices and many others across OTG. This month and every month, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone belongs.
OTG recently proudly hosted Take Your Kid to Work Day, welcoming the next generation into our workplace for a day filled with creativity, learning, and hands-on experiences. Children explored the world of merchandising by designing their own markets, setting prices, and practicing retail skills. In the kitchen, guided by our VP of Culinary, Manuel Trevino, and Regional Executive Chef, David Chiavaroli, they decorated sugar skulls and participated in a blind drink tasting challenge, adding a fun twist to their culinary adventure! Thank you to all the families who joined us and helped make the day a success. We’re proud to spark curiosity and inspire future innovators.
We’re excited to welcome our 2025 hashtag#OTGIntern class, a talented group of more than 16 bright and driven young professionals who have already jumped into the fast-paced world of airport hospitality. This summer, our interns are not just observing. They are innovating, collaborating, and growing through hands-on projects, immersive learning experiences, team-building lunches, and day-in-the-life airport visits. The program is designed to spark careers and shape future leaders. We’re looking forward to seeing them learn with and from OTG leaders across the business. Interns, let us know in the comments what you're most excited about this summer.
We recently had the pleasure of inviting one of our valued nonprofit partners, the Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO), for an airport visit. Since 2021, CAO has been a strong supporter of OTG, helping us hire over 1,034 Crewmembers across our New York and New Jersey locations. CAO has played a critical role in our recruitment efforts, providing weekly support at our hiring events and ensuring candidates are well-prepared and aligned with our hiring standards. This impactful partnership was established by Maritza Vargas, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. We appreciate CAO’s dedication, consistency, and the meaningful support they continue to provide as we grow our team.
Our team recently gathered to celebrate our outstanding G.E.M. Award winners, one of OTG’s signature recognition awards that stands for Going the Extra Mile. These individuals consistently go above and beyond to make a lasting impact. A big congratulations to Kyla Collins, Kishana Cox, Sabina Zak, Felix-Norman Kokouvi, Shadow Ma, Jorge Navas, Justin Winger, Thomas L. Smith, Manuel Trevino, Cheryl Burger, David Chiavaroli, and Kent Tiller. Thank you for all that you do!
