We’re excited to continue our series of highlighting the successful career journeys of our Crewmembers who embody our Core Values here at OTG! Meet Dedric Hermanson, a driven Crewmember who joined OTG back in 2014 as a Prep Cook at Shoyu located in MSP Airport. After three years of mastering the role, Dedric was then promoted to Supervisor of the Commissary. His dedication and talent then led him to the OTG concept, Mimosa, where he flourished as Sous Chef and was recently promoted to the role of Chef. Dedric's inspirational progression from Prep Cook to Chef provides insight into the potential for career advancement and the diverse career paths that Crewmembers can explore.
Meet Hector Carrillo, a passionate Crewmember who joined OTG as a server during the post-pandemic reopening of IAH. From the beginning of his journey with OTG, Hector was deeply inspired by the commitment to high standards demonstrated by our leaders and the quality of our curated 'Back-to-Basics' program. Motivated by the dedication of these leaders, Hector pursued a managerial role, where he not only gained invaluable insights as both a leader and a Crewmember but also contributed significantly to our company vision. Thanks to his dedication and continuous growth, Hector now proudly holds the position of Operations Manager at MSP. Hector's OTG story, from server to Operations Manager, is a testament to his passion and unwavering dedication. We applaud his journey as he sets an inspiring example for his fellow Crewmembers, showcasing the endless possibilities at OTG, while consistently delivering excellence to our valued guests.
