As we continue in our DEI learning journey as a company, we are committed to creating spaces where we heal, grow, and learn together. This quarter, Dr. Jade Wu, a researcher who focuses on treating sleep disorders in those with chronic illness, led a facilitated discussion on the "Power of Sleep for Collective Healing". Dr. Wu’s mission is to spread the gift of sleep so that people can be their healthiest, organizations can be their most innovative, and societies can move towards justice and healing. Dr. Wu spoke to our team about the science of sleep health, guided us through mindful reflection about the role of rest in our lives and our society, and gave us tips for building a healthy relationship with sleep.
