Fish, who is still considered one of the founding fathers of the affordable housing industry. Peabody Companies is proud to announce the housing lottery for Harbor Village located in Gloucester, MA. Harbor Village is a 30-unit, mixed-income apartment community located in downtown Gloucester with one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. Peabody Properties will serve as property manager of the community; Action Inc. and the North Shore Community Development Coalition are developing the community. Harbor Village is expected occupancy in Summer of 2021. “We are proud to partner with Action, Inc. and the North Shore CDC on this beautiful community,” added Karen Fish-Will, principal and CEO of Peabody Properties. “We look forward to welcoming new residents to Harbor Village this summer!”
MassHousing has provided $14.8 million in affordable housing financing to School House Brookledge Cummins Limited Partnership, an affiliate of EAF Associates, to preserve the affordability of the 90-unit School House Brookledge Cummins property in Dorchester, MA. As a result of the MassHousing financing, affordability protections for lower-income households and senior citizens living at the property will be extended by at least 28 years. #AffordableHousing #wearepeabody
