We are proud to announce that we are one of the first property management companies to offer COVID vaccination clinics to our senior affordable housing communities throughout Greater Boston via the "CDC Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program". In tandem with CVS Pharmacy, Zelma Lacey House in Charlestown, MA helped kick off the program this week, vaccinating residents and team members who wished to receive the Pfizer #COVID-19 #vaccine. Thank you to everyone who worked so efficiently from the initial outreach and paperwork through vaccination day! “We are so grateful to the CDC and CVS for helping us bring the vaccine to our affordable senior housing communities,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and COO of Peabody Properties. “This initiative is so important, and we are proud to take advantage of it. With strict social distancing guidelines in place, our Peabody on-site Team Members have done a phenomenal job thinking outside the box when it comes to keeping our residents engaged and connected. The team at Stony Brook Court in Sharon, MA distributed New Years goodie bags to the residents. Additionally, the Rogers Hall team in Lowell, MA delivered "New Year Care Packages" to residents. Inside the Care Packages were two activity books, donated by our community partners at Element Care PACE, two KN95 face masks donated by MassHousing, a mask lanyard, and a “Don’t Forget Your Mask” sign & mask holder that the residents can hang by their doors so they remember to wear a mask when they leave their units. Great job helping residents say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021. #StrongerTogether #wearepeabody
