PetSmart Charities granted the Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital $75k through the hospital's Paws & Play program to extend the tenure of "Professor Bunsen Honeydew", the hospital’s first of three facility dogs, through October 2020. We love our partnership with the Phoenix Suns and loved watching our first ever PUPPY RACE during halftime at last week's game! The race featured six Boxer-mix puppies, all named after iconic Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury players and coaches, who were rescued by the Arizona Humane Society’s emergency animal medical technicians. The entire litter, including Alvan, who won the race, will be up for adoption at AHS. #ForTheLoveOfPets #LifeAtPetSmart
We recently wrapped up our annual Toy Drive, but had to give one last shout out to all of our AWESOME stores for participating! #ForTheLoveOfPets A special thanks to the police and firefighters in Aurora, IL who took time off to bring some joy to more than 400 kids' just before the holidays through their donations with the Heroes with Hearts and Hugs program, which we are proud to sponsor! #LifeAtPetSmart
