Establishing our new Philadelphia office and expanding key practices in other markets, we are pleased to share that 47 attorneys are joining us in a major lateral move. With practices ranging from employee benefits and executive compensation, employee stock ownership plans, employment litigation, commercial and products liability litigation to mergers and acquisitions, financial services litigation, life sciences and real estate, the group is led by John Martini, who will serve as Philadelphia Office Managing Partner and Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Practice Co-Chair. Additionally, Thomas Yoo was named chair of the newly formed Life Sciences Products Liability Practice Group.
