The Power Women’s Initiative is dedicated to giving women the tools they need to thrive, improving the lack of female representation in the home improvement industry, and instituting policies at Power including paid parental leave, infertility coverage, and maternity management program The 6th annual PWI Summit featured discussions and workshops led by Power employees of every level and background, as well as a confessional booth where they could share their thoughts with all.
