Our leadership team gathered last week in Miami, Florida for our annual Vision conference - an off-site dedicated to the top leaders of our business. They took stock of where we are, envisioned where we’re going, and charted the course for how we'll get there. The community leaders present left with several takeaways to help build with the organization. Two of which are: 1. We need to see being wrong as a good thing, “Argue like you’re right and listen like you’re wrong.” 2. Time is finite and depleting; to live a full life, we must use it wisely and with intention.
