For the fifth year, we've made Fortune's 100 Best Companies List! Our spot on this list is all because of our employees. YOU made this happen. Thank YOU! Because of COVID-19, the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list shifted its focus this year to really be about how companies supported employees and communities during this time. The employee survey portion focused on how trustworthy, caring, and fair the company is in times of crises; employees’ physical, emotional and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact. “Throughout what was a fundamentally traumatizing year, our entire organization remained focused on what has always been our top priority — our people,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “I have never been more inspired by the support our Power family showed each other, and the responsibility they claimed in keeping our community healthy and strong. I’m honored and grateful for the opportunity to work for each and every one of them, each and every day.”

In times of crisis, the spotlight remains on corporate organizations and their executive leadership on how they handle such difficult times. We owe this all to our people — we appreciate you, we stand by you, we hear you. Let’s continue to navigate these challenging times together.
