Congratulations to the ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital Environmental Services (EVS) team for earning the Keepers of the House Award. Established in 2022, Keepers of the House is a quarterly, traveling EVS service line award, awarded by peer-to-peer recognition based on patient satisfaction HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) scores, safety, team engagement, etc. Hickman HCAHPS scores have consistently been in the top four in the ProMedica system for patient satisfaction with cleanliness.
