RLI Corp. announced today its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share of common stock, which is expected to total approximately $90 million, and a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share.
We announced today that Craig Kliethermes has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer and Jen Klobnak as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2022. These leadership changes will coincide with the planned retirement of current company Chairman & CEO Jon Michael at the end of 2021. Jon will remain Chairman of the Board following his retirement as CEO.

Both dividends are payable on December 18, 2020, to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2020.
