Women of Regions share their thoughts on Women's History Month means to them.
On March 3 and 4, 165 women invited from across the Regions footprint convened for the inaugural Women of Regions Symposium. The theme for the in-person event was “Empowered Women Empower Women.” A collaboration between Regions’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management Centers of Expertise (COEs), the symposium was created to connect key female talent from across the bank. It was a continuation of Regions’ efforts to develop and retain diverse talent — in this instance, women.
