This AAPI Heritage Month, we’re building bridges of belonging across the many vibrant cultures, heritages and stories that make up our diverse AAPI community. 🪭 Since 2021, we’ve partnered with Act to Change to support their mission to end bullying against Asian American and Pacific Islander youth. And this year, we’re double matching employee donations! 🫖 We’re building bridges of belonging across every corner of Sephora with programming including educational moments, cultural events, founder conversations, panel discussions, and even a tea tasting inspired by rich traditions across Asian cultures. 🌸 Representation matters and we’re making progress. 17% of leadership self-identify as Asian, reflecting our commitment to building teams that mirror the communities we serve.

Bringing you the best in Black beauty 🫶🏾 This past weekend at the Fifteen Percent Pledge Annual Gala, Denise Vasi of MAED was awarded the 2026 Sephora Beauty Grant! This is a $100,000 grant and year-long mentorship supporting underrepresented prestige beauty founders. Built with a focused intention, MAED was created to share a start to finish ritual for lips that delivers beautiful results while supporting long-term lip health. We're proud to continue our partnership with the Fifteen Percent Pledge and our commitment to creating belonging for all in beauty 💋
This Black History Month and year-round, we’re celebrating Black beauty – embracing every style, every day of the year. 🫶🏿 Brand Representation in our stores matters. That’s why we signed the Fifteeen Percent Pledge and dedicated 15% of our assortment to Black-owned brands! 👩🏾💻 People Representation also matters as we strive to reflect the diversity of our clients and meets their needs. Since 2020, Black and African American leaders hired throughout our organization increased by 5%. 💄 We’re helping find the next big innovation in Black beauty with our Sephora Accelerate brand incubator program – in particular by developing and launching BIPOC brands.
