Today, we're highlighting Yolanda Garcia. “While I've been described as a "source of truth" and the "glue" of the Sales department, my official role is "project manager." I partner with the Chief Sales Officer regarding the organizational design of the Sales team, Sales budget management, hiring budget, and special projects. My grandmother, Amalia, had a tremendous impact on me. She grew up during the Depression and immigrated to the US with 7 children in the 1950s. She was resourceful with tremendous grit and a love of learning. Her home was filled with books, and we spent countless hours reading about different parts of the world. With their annual sales kick off (SKO), Snap employees from around the globe came together last week to strategize and plan how to make 2023 our best year yet! A highlight of SKO was our Snap Cares-sponsored event of building bikes for local foster kids. Teams worked together to build 50 bikes in ONE hour. In partnership with Together We Rise - Foster Love, the International Rescue Committee, and the Kidz Kubby Associations, Snap Cares is proud to give back to the local community.
