This National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Starbucks recognizes and honors the individual journeys of our partners (employees) and customers with disabilities. Strawless lids will now be available at Starbucks stores across the U.S. and Canada. These recyclable, lightweight lids require less plastic and are expected to eliminate up to 1 billion straws globally each year. Starbucks designed, developed and manufactured its strawless lid, which will now be the standard for all iced coffee, tea, espresso and Starbucks Refreshers® beverages.

While the school year may be starting differently than expected, our SCAP partners are doing what it takes to get their college degree, and we believe you can too! We believe in investing in our partners and helping them achieve their dreams. Becoming a Starbucks partner can qualify you for SCAP and 100% tuition coverage toward a first-time bachelor?s degree through Arizona State University?s online program.
