During a visit to the Cincinnati region Senior VP of Operations Robert Rogalski visited multiple cities and sites to greet team members. In Toledo, OH, Sunstates acquired a commercial real estate account in September 2022. Robb met with Site Supervisor Racheal Hammons, who brought her six years of experience at the site to Sunstates. She’s been instrumental in the transition, and we’re grateful to have her on the team. Next, Robb was glad to meet Site Supervisor Anna Petty while in Indianapolis. He visited the newer manufacturing site and was pleased with the team’s achievements. Meet Nikki Kociborski, Operations Manager in the Chicago region. An experienced security professional with 15+ years in corporate, healthcare and government organizations, Nikki Kociborski, joined the newly established Sunstates Security Chicago team in 2022. Beginning her career as a Regional Operations Coordinator and Campus Security Authority for a private education provider, she developed strong multi-tasking, communications, marketing and public relations skills in addition to supervising four campus security coordinators across her territory. In 2012 she joined the US Army as an Automated Logistical Specialist, a role in which she continued to develop her logistical and organization skills while also managing all public relations and preserving historical data for the unit. Following her military service, Nikki worked with a multinational aerospace and defense technology company, beginning as a security officer before moving into a Classified Data Specialist role.
Site Security Manager Randi Northup presented Officer Joshua Thomas of Houston with a tuition reimbursement check from Sunstates he earned for maintaining all A’s last semester. In addition, Officer Thomas has upheld a GPA of 4.0 for the past two semesters, all while working full-time for Sunstates Security, working a part-time job and being a dad too! After excelling in that position, Liz was promoted to Operations/Account Manager, managing a portfolio of over $2.5M annually and a team of 80+ employees. Most recently, she has been promoted to National Account Manager for a prominent client. A proven manager and team player, Liz has a wide range of experience in inclusion and diversity, mediation, coaching, training, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, as well as process development and documentation. She is particularly adept at maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and leading her team to achieve all business objectives.
