Sunstates welcomes William (Bill) Ghormley, CPP to the team. Joining the Phoenix region as an Operations Manager, Bill Ghormley has been in security management for almost thirty years. After graduating from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, Bill started his career as a Security Supervisor/Manager for an international telecommunications company and was involved in all aspects of physical security in the high-tech fabrication plant environment. Later in his career with this company, Bill undertook a three-month assignment in Tianjin, China, to improve the company’s modern physical security practices.

Joining Sunstates Security in 2022, Andrea comes from a diverse professional background that includes not only security but also healthcare and fiber optic services. Beginning her career as a nurse, she evolved to medical office management, a role in which she not only dealt directly with clients but also managed the back-office functions, staffing, and insurance filings. After 15 years in this field, she shifted her focus and utilized her strong customer service, management, and multi-tasking skills to become a Sales/Operations Manager for a regional contract security provider. She excelled in this challenging position with combined responsibility for operations management, business development, marketing, contract negotiation, and client relations.
