The leaders from our SW Indiana/Kentucky and Eastern Indiana regions had an awesome gathering at Red River Gorge, Kentucky. On top of training sessions and an awards ceremony, they kayaked through a limestone mine, played euchre, and had some fun with a 90’s-themed night.
Three of our regions, NE Pennsylvania/Connecticut, SE Pennsylvania, and Pennsylvania/New Jersey, had an awesome regional gathering at the Pocono Springs Camp in East Stroudsburg, PA. There were presentations with our vendors and Store Support departments, meetings with TCC’s executive vice president of sales and president, as well as fun competitions and team building activities.
Today on National Nonprofit Day, we would like to recognize the nonprofit More Than a Phone, an organization that TCC loves and supports! More Than a Phone partners with domestic violence programs across the country to donate free smartphones and data service to survivors of domestic violence who are transitioning to a life free of abuse. Our stores accept used smartphone donations, no matter the condition or age, and over 250 employees donate at least $5/mo out of their paycheck to support the organization.
