TCC is proud to support Verizon’s #ACallForKindness social campaign by encouraging our employees and social followers to share acts of kindness. Research shows that kindness is contagious, and every kind act can make a difference. We want to inspire our followers to choose kindness and share their stories. We've been periodically posting stories from our employees about the kindest thing anyone has ever done for them on our Facebook page.
We celebrated our newly remodeled stores this month with $1,000 donations to nonprofits chosen by the local stores. In July, we donated to Eastern Shore Training and Consulting (chosen by the Exmore, VA store), Special Olympics Alabama (chosen by the Dothan, AL store), Adullam House (chosen by the Wetumpka, AL store), and Partners for Pets, Marianna (chosen by the Marianna, FL store).

We had a great month celebrating our remodeled and relocated stores with donations to local nonprofits! Our stores selected the following organizations to receive $1,000 donations: Teacher’s Pet (chosen by the Lake Orion, MI store), Jersey Cape Diagnostic, Training, and Opportunity Center, Inc (chosen by the Cape May Courthouse, NJ store), Boyz to Kings (chosen by the Madison, FL store), and City and County Youth Inc (chosen by Blytheville, AR store).
With our Get10Give10 program, we randomly select customers to get $10,000 for themselves and also give them an additional $10,000 to donate to a nonprofit of their choice. For our Kids Rock 2021 event, TCC donated $50,000 to summer camps around the country. We are excited that our donations will help kids have fun this summer!
TCC was named an IndyStar Top Workplace for the second year in a row! This award was determined solely on feedback from our Indiana employees in an anonymous third-party survey.

In March and April, we donated $1,000 to One Hope United in Centralia, IL; The JR Kickz Foundation in Chester, PA; Ronald McDonald House in El Paso, TX; Wags 2 Wishes Animal Rescue in Plainfield, IL; Families Helping Families in Pineville, LA; and New Beginnings Pregnancy Center in Payson, AZ.
