An exciting perk we offer is our Thumbtack Bucks benefit — where employees get reimbursed for hiring pros on Thumbtack. Gina Balistreri (she/her), Senior Public Relations Manager, used her TT bucks to revamp her fireplace. “I used my TT Bucks to get the fireplace in my family room retiled! The fireplace is the focal point of the room and the old tile had paint on it and was cracked. The room looks so much better with the new tile.”
Make Week is Thumbtack’s annual week-long hackathon full of creativity, collaboration and innovation. Thumbtackers across multiple teams come together and put forth tremendous energy to bring their passion projects to life.💡 And we’re thrilled to announce this year’s winners.
We make sure to create an environment where employee mental health comes first. Some of our leaders recently hosted a Mental Health Q&A Panel to share their experiences — letting Thumbtackers know that it’s safe to be vulnerable and ask for help. We’re proud to provide our employees with mental health tools and resources and our Access ERG continues to partner with all of our ERGs to provide support.
