What she loves most about her culture is the creativity and passion of the community. "For many years, Black Americans have expressed themselves through music, art, and social movements, providing a voice to those who might otherwise feel unheard," said Paige. When asked who has inspired her professional development, Paige said, "I grew up learning about leaders such as Rosa Parks, Sojourner Truth, Madame C.J. Walker, Fannie Lou Hamer, and many others. From a very young age, these strong women taught me that my passions and beliefs can shape my future. They gave me the confidence to go the extra mile and work hard for the life I want." Paige also added, "As I've grown into adulthood, I look to leaders like Michelle Obama, Cori Bush, Kamala Harris, and Beyoncé, who have inspired me to continue educating myself and growing every day. They have shown me that the fight is not over and that there is beauty that emerges from a painful history." Thank you for sharing with us, Paige! #BlackHistoryMonth2025
