As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, we are grateful for the opportunity to honor the #VibrantVoices and rich cultural contributions of the Hispanic and Latino communities. #TeamTrimont enjoyed a traditional game of Loteria, where participants learned about the history and traditions behind this beloved game while enjoying delicious food from Venezuela and Panama. Our second event combined the art of making sangria with the joy of salsa dancing. Participants learned about the history of sangria, made their own drinks, and danced to lively salsa music with the help of a professional dancer. Trimont Named "USA Loan Servicer of the Year" for the Third Year in a Row Trimont, the leading global commercial real estate loan services provider, has again been voted “2023 Loan Servicer of the Year” in the United States by the readers of Real Estate Capital USA. Trimont won the same award in the USA in 2021 and 2022, and in Europe in 2020. The shortlist for the award was selected on several criteria including loan servicing volumes, client satisfaction, technology and ESG initiatives. The nomination season came at a challenging time for the US commercial real estate market with stubborn inflation, global geopolitical uncertainties and CRE asset value declines curtailing investment and lending activity. Trimont Global Real Estate Advisors LLC Appoints Bill Sexton as global CEO The Board of Trimont Global Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Sexton as the new Chief Executive Officer of Trimont’s global business. Mr. Sexton has been with Trimont since 2018 as President and head of Trimont’s operations in Europe. Throughout his 31-year career, he has founded and built international businesses operating in both commercial real estate equity and debt. He has been a member of Trimont’s Global Management Committee since 2018 and is on the Board of Advisors to CREFC in Europe.
Trimont Introduces Triview 2.0 with significantly enhanced analytical tools to better evaluate risk and return
TriviewTM 2.0 is part of a plan for multiple, future releases and is available only to existing and future Trimont clients. While the initial 2019 release enabled portfolio-level analytics, Triview 2.0 and subsequent releases will focus on both portfolio and asset-level analytics and, generally, more detailed information at the asset and borrower level.
